Banks Mansion****
Herengracht 519 - 525, Amsterdam

A new luxury hotel opened its doors in April 2004. Banks Mansion is situated on the Herengracht in a former bank building and has been transformed into a four star plus hotel “with a personal touch” where old fashioned values and hospitality are the priority.

A combination of specific Old Amsterdam Design and modern comfort.

Inspiration for the interior design were Berlage, the Amsterdams School and Frank Lloyd Wright. The guest will immediately experience a feeling of authentic Amsterdam design with today’s comfort. This atmosphere carries through to the 51 guest rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with wireless internet, air-conditioning, LCD TV and stereo with DVD player. Some bathrooms have steam showers others bubble baths. All showers are of the Rain Dance shower type. Most rooms enjoy an impressive view of the Herengracht
